When can I move in?
Buenos Aires Living offers you flexible check-in and check-out, during any day of the month, you only have to pay for the days you stay. The check-in is from 15h, but before that we will have contacted you to try to adapt to your needs and your coliving assitant will be aware of your arrival and that you install comfortably.
How do I access my room?
One week before your check-in we will send you your digital access codes to your room.
What equipment and amenities are included?
Each building in Buenos Aires is unique and not all offer the same amenities but they do include furnished rooms and common areas, laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron, and kitchen area with dishwasher, storage area and kitchenware.
Are there Coliving rules?
As you know, it is very important that the Colivers are respectful, there are general rules in each building that we will send you together with your rental contract. The rules are based on common sense, try to be tidy and do not make noise after 10 pm and on weekends after midnight.
Can I receive visitors?
Of course, this is your new home, you can receive friends to stay as long as you respect the usual rules of coexistence. As for receiving visitors who stay overnight, there is no problem as long as it is a punctual stay of 1 or 2 days, remember that the rent is for one person, if your needs have changed let us know and we will see your case.
For general rate inquiries, please enter in our booking engine search the number of adults who will be living in the studio, room or apartment.
Is census registration allowed?
If you need to register, please request it in writing, the owner must give his express consent, in case he authorizes it (only for stays of more than 9 months) it will be an essential condition for the return of the deposit the presentation of a certificate or official proof of unregistration by you, at the end of the contract.
How does pricing work?
From Buenos Aires we work with flexible prices, prices change according to availability and season.
On the other hand, they vary depending on the stay, if you stay more months with us you will pay less per month than if your stay is shorter.
Last but not least, we have special offers for advance payment and also for healthcare professionals, patients and their families, civil servants, university students in their final years, masters or postgraduate students, teachers, researchers and technologists!
