You will only pay 121€ at the time of booking through our secure payment platform (non-refundable).
We will send you your LEASE AGREEMENT to sign digitally. This document contains the conditions you chose in your reservation. You sign the contract with the owner of the building.
Additionally, in some cases, you will sign a WEEKLY GENERAL CLEANING CONTRACT.
We will charge 1000€ on your authorized credit card. This is a security deposit that will be returned to you upon your departure , if your studio has not suffered any damage.
-If you stay for one or two months , you will have to pay in advance through a charge on your credit card.
-If you have chosen to get an extra 5% discount for payment in advance , you must pay the full amount of the contract (you can also pay by bank transfer).
-In all other cases we will charge your credit card for the first and last full monthly payment.
Every first week of the month , your credit card will be charged for the monthly rent (unless your stay has been paid in advance).
On the other hand, you will be charged for the cleaning service you have contracted (if the service contract has been signed).
Through our secure payment platform, the reservation is online and you will pay your monthly payments through your credit card. You can ask us for an invoice.
