Staying in Buenos Aires Casa Varela is synonymous with comfort. This coliving offers all utilities included and weekly cleaning (contracted separately), so you can enjoy your space without worries.
Each studio has a private bathroom with shower and microwave, while in the shared area you will find a full kitchen for you to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy the company of your co-livers.
In addition, you will have a dedicated Co-Living Assistant, who will be available to attend to all your needs and make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

You will have a housing contract and a service contract that includes water and electricity costs.
General cleaning
A bi-weekly and weekly cleaning of the common areas and weekly cleaning of your studio, which is contracted separately from the accommodation.
